After graduating from Robert Morris University, Patrick immediately worked as a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. He then began working for the next ten years in various positions of the home building process, serving as Building Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and finally as Director of Sales & Marketing to one of the largest home builders in the tri-state area. Patrick's passion to create quality custom homes lead him to start Riley Homes in 2004. Riley Homes has been met with superior praise and confidence by their clients. Their homes have been touted as "artistically innovative" and as "elegance redefined."
Patrick has built in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Pittsburgh area. These neighborhoods include; Southridge Estates, Treesdale, Seven Fields, Nevillewood, and Berkeley Square. Riley Homes is set to begin construction in the exclusive new phase of Falconhurst, O'Hara Township.
Patrick is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, serves as an advisor to Bayard Crossings Development Corporation and serves as a board member of Family House.
